  • Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Planning, Purchasing, Service, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, suppliers, and Toyota Industries Corporation (Japan).
  • Develop and enhance governance processes, project management methodologies, and standard operating procedures that strengthen compliance operations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), program metrics, and project milestones while providing meaningful reporting and executive updates.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of compliance workflows, systems, and management tools.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Coordinate stakeholder readiness and training activities related to compliance process improvements.
  • Support resource planning and organizational alignment across North American and Japanese teams.

  • 8 years of experience in project management, program management, compliance operations, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within a regulated manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial equipment, or compliance environment.
  • Experience managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to influence teams and drive alignment without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, metrics, and executive status updates.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

What Sets You Apart

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training.
  • Experience supporting emissions compliance, environmental compliance, or other regulatory programs.
  • Familiarity with EPA, CARB, or similar environmental regulations.
  • Experience implementing workflow management systems, compliance tools, or process automation solutions.
  • Experience leading organizational change management or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating global projects involving North American and Japanese organizations.
