Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their automotive service needs
- Provide recommendations and estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Schedule appointments and manage service orders
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
- Base salary/hourly wage of $35,360 to $44,200 (Plus Bonus)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role is required.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services, including brake repair, shocks/struts, diesel engine repair, tire service, oil changes, air brakes, transmission, suspension, and alignment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
