Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text to generate sales appointments
- Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries
- Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Accurately document and track customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Sales or Business Development experience in the automotive industry or similar field preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers digitally
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new products and processes
- Professional demeanor with customers and team members
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
