Must have excellent organizational skills, clean paperwork, and the ability to work in a busy environment. Job specific duties may include but not limited to:
- Organize all paperwork in each deal for completeness and compliance in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Submit credit application for pending deals to financial institutions for approval, according to management guidelines.
- Check for accuracy in the application to ensure all information is complete.
- Process submittals and cancellations for aftermarket products.
- Maintain good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area.
- Provide an exceptional customer service to drive loyalty.
- Maintain per copy averages that exceed company standard.
