Toyon Research Corporation is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to assist in equipment assembly and maintenance duties.
Responsibilities
- Receive parts and equipment into ERP system
- Perform physical inventories of materials, parts, and Government Property
- Maintain inventory tracking accuracy, including Government Furnished Equipment and Government Property
- Prepare and kit parts and materials according to issued Manufacturing and Work Orders
- Package equipment and products for shipment, use of appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery for express or freight items
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing personnel
- Attend planning meetings
- Support NCMR, PDs, and CA responses
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Desire to take responsibility for completing assigned tasks
- Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- An interest in working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

The annual pay range for the Inventory Control Specialist position is $55,000 to $80,000.
The posted pay range values provide the candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the position, at a full time level of effort, exclusive of overtime, bonus, and benefits-related compensation, over a range of qualifications that may fit hiring objectives. Toyon Research Corporation will consider the individual candidate’s education, work experience, applicable knowledge, skills and training, among other factors, when preparing an offer of employment.
