Toyo Tire Holdings of Americas, Inc is looking to hire a Sr. Credit Analyst who will report to the Credit Manager and perform credit and collection activities for the assigned customer accounts. This position will work directly with the sales and customer service departments to ensure that the accounts are maintained current at an acceptable financial risk and that good relations are maintained with our customers. Credit reports are written for executive management that require professional presentations with attention to detail and a clearly stated analysis of the customer’s financial condition. Special projects and reports are prepared and maintained for the benefit of Toyo’s financial department. This position provides the expertise and experience to assist in the development of the Credit Analysts.

The salary range for this position is $79,476.00 - $119,214.00
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage the accounts receivable collection for an assigned portfolio.
- Maintain frequent contact with the assigned customers.
- Prepare reports as to the collection and credit balance status of the assigned accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure prompt payment.
- Work closely with the regional sales managers and directors of sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with the customer service department to resolve billing and shipping disputes.
- Prepare professional, detailed, and well written Credit Line Approval Requests (CLAR).
- Obtain and evaluate customer’s financial statements.
- Obtain and evaluate bank, trade, and credit reports.
- Analyze the customer’s financial condition to determine the acceptable risk.
- Prepare, process and maintain legal and security documents.
- Review the credit application packet to ensure the complete credit packet is received.
- Maintain the credit files of assigned customer accounts (paper and electronic copies).
- Perform customer visits and attend NACM meetings.
- File and maintain UCC filings.
- Process and maintain accounts within the S4 Hana / SAP computer program.
- Set-up new payer and ship-to accounts.
- Establish and update credit lines.
- Ensure current and accurate information is inputted and maintained.
- Assist the credit manager in reviewing credit department policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly credit reports per the Director of Credit’s guidance.
- Prepare NTU, TTC, and TNOE month-end aging reports that detail the status of the past due item; assist with month-end closing.
- Prepare various NTU, TTC, and TNOE status reports as required for audit purposes.
- Coordinate and prepare the monthly NTU and TTC Credit Committee meetings.
- Prepare the PowerPoint presentation and minutes for the meetings.
- Manage the credit departmental reporting responsibilities, DSO tracking, cash forecasting, credit check of outside vendor accounts, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
