Toyo Tire Holdings of Americas, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Japanese Purchasing Specialist to join our Technical Quality Department. This role is responsible for managing purchasing operations and facilitating communication between our U.S.-based teams and our parent company in Japan. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and English, possess strong analytical and organizational skills, and have a working understanding of automotive quality systems and purchasing processes. This position is based at the manufacturing plant in White, Georgia.

The salary range for this position is $51,659.00 - $77,489.00
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Independently manage purchasing for the Technical and Auto Parts QA departments.
- Negotiate contracts with third-party labor suppliers and oversee invoice processing.
- Lead the competitor tire purchasing process, including international coordination and logistics.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Toyo’s U.S. Technical teams and the parent company in Japan.
- Translate and interpret technical documents and communications between Japanese and English.
- Provide support during international audits and meetings, including occasional travel to Japan, Taiwan, and Malaysia.
- Manage customer-facing technical document approvals and sensitive project communications.
- Host and coordinate visits from international vendors and expatriates.
- Support quality engineering efforts, including documentation and audit assistance.
- Additional duties as assigned.
