We’re looking for a Traffic Acquisition Specialist to lead digital advertising efforts and grow our user base through strategic ad placements and channel experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit, TikTok, Twitter/X, niche content networks, online communities)
- Identify effective traffic channels and develop user acquisition strategies
- Optimize ad performance using metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-impact ad materials
- Analyze traffic sources and user behaviors with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
- Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Explore partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and niche platforms
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, user acquisition, or growth marketing
- Proficiency in ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Experience working with niche or sensitive topics is a plus
- Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with unconventional channels
