Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime available)

What You’ll Do
- Lead a 3–6 person crew on-site, working alongside them 70–80% of the day
- Review work orders, stage materials, and create daily site plans
- Assign and rotate tasks; coach crew for efficiency and quality
- Perform hands-on technical tasks alongside your crew
- Communicate professionally with residential & commercial clients
- Track labor hours, material usage, and submit accurate daily reports
- Inspect completed work for quality and ensure the site is cleaner than when you arrived
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman or crew lead in an outdoor labor industry (construction, roofing, pressure washing, or landscaping preferred) – experience must be clearly reflected on your resume
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; comfortable driving trucks & trailers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs , work at heights, and handle year-round outdoor conditions
- Knowledge of job-site safety practices and equipment
- Basic tech literacy (smartphones/tablets, cloud-based time & project apps)
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Adaptable problem-solver with excellent customer-service instincts
