Job Description
RN / LPN Unit manager needed for sub-acute & long-term care facility
Unit Manager will oversee nurses on the unit to ensure medications are appropriately administered, provide vaccinations and render treatment to patients
Communicate with physicians, licensed practice nurses, radiologists, laboratory, pharmacy and other medical professionals as needed
Collaborate with IDT Team to create and update Plan of Care for each patient
Respond to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients and their families or guardians
Round the unit to ensure all residents clinical and psychosocial needs are being appropriately met
