We are hiring a Carpenter’s Helper to support residential and light commercial construction projects in northern Vermont. Role Responsibilities
- Assist Carpenter with general construction tasks, installations, decking, framing, etc.
- Measure, cut, and prep materials
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Support occasional landscaping or seasonal outdoor work
- Communicate professionally with customers
Requirements
- 0–5 years' experience in carpentry, construction, remodeling, or landscaping
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Willingness to train and grow within the company
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
