Wellness Director (Clinical Lead) – Senior Living / Skilled Nursing
Location: Tampa, Florida
Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 Bonus Benefits

Overview
We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing senior living community in the Tampa area to appoint an experienced Wellness Director to lead their clinical function.
This is a key leadership role within the community, offering the opportunity to shape clinical standards, build and develop a strong care team, and play a central role in delivering high-quality resident care.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical operations within the community
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care staff
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal standards
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and retention strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and leadership team
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external providers
- Maintain a strong, positive clinical culture across the community
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (Florida)
- Previous leadership experience within senior living, assisted living, or similar settings
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical standards
- Proven ability to lead and retain care teams
- Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience as a Wellness Director / Resident Care Director
- Background in building or stabilising clinical teams
- Experience improving quality metrics or survey outcomes
