Ability to create plans & curriculum for after school programs
- Assist in the planning and direction of summer enrichment programs
- Prepares proposals and develops youth programs to service the needs of the youth
- Supervises and assigns work to personnel, and evaluates their work performance
- Recruits, trains, and orients employees as to goals objectives, programs, activities, policies, and procedures of the centers
- Minimum 1-year experience working with children
- Other duties and tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education preferred
