Customer Service Associate
Where? Pine Community Center, Wexford PA
Hours: Part Time; Up To 28 Hours; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 5:45am to 12:30pm

Summary
Pine Community Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to create a positive experience for members and guests. This role serves as a primary point of contact, assisting visitors, processing memberships and registrations, answering questions, and supporting daily operations of the Community Center.
Responsibility Highlights
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, emails, member inquiries, and in-person questions.
- Process new memberships, renewals, and program registrations.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
- Assist members with general fitness equipment orientation and demonstrations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of workspaces and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the facility.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a moderately noisy environment.
