What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Summer Public Works Position position at Township of Hampton Pennsylvania?
The Township of Hampton Community Services Department is currently accepting applications for two (2) Part-time Summer Public Works Laborers. This position is from approximately May through August, 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $20.00/hr. The candidate must be a minimum of 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. Experience using lawn mowers and other outdoor equipment is desired but not required. Hampton Township residents will be given priority.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Park maintenance (grass cutting, cleaning pavilions and restrooms)
- Painting
- Roadway clean up
- Assisting with construction projects
