- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Senior High School endorsement in mathematics and ESL.
- Willingness to teach all math levels
- Outstanding training background as an educator.
- Strong background in mathematics instruction.
- Experience with standards-driven curriculum.
- Student-centered classroom training preferred.
- Commitment to differentiating instruction.
- Ability to meet diverse learner needs.
- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics instruction.
- Implement a standards-driven curriculum.
- Create a student-centered classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction for all learners.
- Employ formative and summative assessments.
- Utilize research-based instructional strategies.
- Support building extracurricular activities
- Starting base salary of $65,807
- Maximum 6 years prior teaching credit
- 75% tuition reimbursement for content Master's
- Content credit hour cap of $800
