- Possess strong leadership ability.
- Knowledgeable in carpet care and custodial maintenance.
- Possess skill and capability in the use of housekeeping equipment.
- Possess safety habits, skills and insight while performing custodial work.
- Be familiar with swimming pool operations.
- Must be capable of understanding instructions and physically able to perform assigned tasks.
