Job Summary
- Responsible for cleaning areas assigned by the Night Foreman.
- Replaces fluorescent and incandescent lamps in assigned areas.
- Maintains security in housekeeping areas.
- Responsible for building set-ups for rentals, school activities, and continuing education.
- Assists with snow removal operations.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset records to include additional, replacement and disposed of fixed asset inventory.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Night Foreman and/or Building and Grounds Manager & the Director of Purchasing & Facilities.
- Be familiar with all types of equipment used in maintenance of tile floors and carpet.
- Possess safety habits, skills and insight while performing custodial work.
- Knowledgeable in all areas of housekeeping.
- Must be capable of understanding instructions and physically able to perform assigned tasks.
