Overview:

Township Building Services is a leading provider of facility management solutions, dedicated to serving our community with excellence and integrity. We specialize in delivering high-quality maintenance services to a diverse range of clients. We are looking for talented maintenance technicians to undertake a variety of tasks related to facility maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, including, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, as well as additional skills in drywall, masonry, carpentry, and construction. Must be able to pass a federal background check. Must have and maintain a good driving record. Must be able to drive with a trailer.

Schedule: 5/6:00 a.m. - 1:30/2:30 p.m.; Monday - Friday (Some flexibility, depending on work orders)

Flexible schedule. Overtime available. Weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Pressure washing: Skilled in operating pressure washing equipment for cleaning surfaces such as driveways, walkways, and siding.
• Trash picking: Ability to collect and dispose of waste efficiently and in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Exterior cleaning: Experience in cleaning building exteriors, including walls and surfaces, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
• Painting: Basic painting skills, including surface preparation, application, and touch-ups for interior and exterior spaces.
• Graffiti removal: Knowledge of methods and products to safely remove graffiti from various surfaces.
• Drywall repair: Ability to patch, sand, and repair damaged drywall to a smooth and finished standard.
• Ceiling tile replacement: Experience replacing ceiling tiles with attention to alignment and aesthetics.
• Junk removal: Capability to lift and transport items for disposal or recycling safely and efficiently.
• Window washing: Experience in cleaning windows, ensuring a streak-free and polished result.
• Cleaning Roof/Gutter Cleaning: Ability to clean roofs and gutters, removing debris to prevent blockages and maintain functionality.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Must have and show proof of authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must have and maintain a good driving record
• At least 2 years previous maintenance experience required
• Ability to work independently and as a team, at times with minimal supervision
• Ability to withstand working at heights up to 30 ft.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
