Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating floor machines, carpet cleaning machines, and performing floor maintenance tasks such as stripping and waxing floors. This role is essential in ensuring the longevity and appearance of our clients' flooring.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various floor care equipment, including buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaning machines.
- Perform floor stripping, waxing, sealing, and polishing.
- Clean and maintain carpets using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating floor machines, carpet cleaning machines, and other related equipment.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, chemicals, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.Valid driver's license (if required for the position).
