What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Hybrid Sales/ F&I Manager position at Townsend Nissan?
Townsend Nissan is looking to add an experienced Sales Manager / F&I Manager to our leadership team as we continue to grow.
This is a hybrid management position for someone who can help lead the sales floor, desk deals, develop our salespeople, and step into the finance office to complete deals and maximize F&I performance when needed.
We’re looking for someone who understands the entire deal from the first customer interaction through delivery and wants to help our team reach the next level.
Responsibilities
- Desk deals and support the sales team throughout the sales process
- Coach and develop salespeople on closing, follow-up, appointments, and customer experience
- Work deals in the F&I office, including lender submissions, approvals, contracting, and product presentation
- Help maximize front-end and back-end gross while maintaining a strong customer experience
- Monitor CRM activity and ensure consistent follow-up and accountability
- Work alongside the GM and existing management team to achieve monthly sales and profitability goals
- Help recruit, train, and develop our growing sales team
- Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure deals are completed accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of automotive retail experience required
- Sales management and/or automotive F&I experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable both desking deals and working in the finance office
- Strong understanding of dealership CRM and sales processes
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Competitive, driven, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
