HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician | $32.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift
Pay Range:
- 1st Shift | $32.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities
- 2nd Shift | $38.00 - $50.00 per hour | must have AC, oil & propane experience
- Weekends Only | $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift | 7:30am - 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
- 2nd Shift | 3:00pm - 11:00pm | Monday to Friday
- Weekends Only | 7:00am - 5:00pm | Saturday & Sunday
Location: Manchester, Portsmouth, Somersworth NH
Job Duties:
- Troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- AC service, repair, and maintenacne
- Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
- Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and products
- Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions
- Daily use of tablet

Qualifications / Skills:
- Residential HVAC service experience
- AC service experience
- Annual routine maintenance experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experience consulting customers with repair and replacement decisions
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- MA or NH Gas Licensed - Desired, training provided
- MA or NH Oil License - Desired, training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate from a HVAC Technical School - Desired
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
