What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner—no high-pressure tactics here
- Understand customer needs and help match them with the right vehicle from our diverse inventory
- Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish
- Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collaborate with the team to hit monthly sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on vehicle knowledge, promotions, and financing options
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Prior sales experience is a plus—but not required
- Coachable, dependable, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, digital communication, etc.)
- High energy and a passion for helping people
