Responsibilities
- Dial in espresso, monitor extraction, and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Greet every customer with a welcoming, upbeat attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently (in-store and drive-thru)
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
- Follow recipes and standards to ensure quality across every drink
- Work efficiently during peak hours without sacrificing quality
- Communicate clearly with team members to keep orders moving
- Keep bar, lobby, and workstations clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures
- Jump into different roles as needed (bar, register, drive-thru)
- Create genuine connections—learn regulars, make recommendations, and represent the brand well
- Maintain a clean and inviting lobby for guests
