We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage and support housekeeping team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. This position plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining brand and safety standards. This position is a part-time supervising position, Sundays and Mondays.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Supervise, train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met
- Manage staffing levels, daily room assignments, and team productivity
- Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance regarding room status, priorities, and repair needs
- Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Report maintenance, safety, or supply needs to hotel leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe housekeeping work environment
- Lead by example and promote a positive, respectful team culture
Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience required
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
