Housekeeping Associate
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 3-5 days per week Department: Operations (Laundry, Public Areas, Housekeeping Support)
Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Hotel Associate to join our operations team. This role is designed for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and can support multiple departments based on the hotel’s needs. During each shift, you may rotate between laundry operations, public area cleaning, and late check‑out room cleaning to ensure our property stays clean, welcoming, and guest‑ready.
Key Responsibilities
Laundry Operations — Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens; maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area; monitor machine performance and report issues.
Public Area Cleaning — Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other shared spaces; restock supplies; ensure all public areas meet hotel standards throughout the afternoon and evening.
Late Check‑Out Room Cleaning — Clean and reset guest rooms with a focus on late departures; ensure rooms meet brand and quality standards; report maintenance needs promptly.
Cross‑Department Support — Assist housekeeping leadership with tasks as assigned; respond to operational needs that arise during the shift.
Guest Interaction — Provide friendly, helpful service when encountering guests in public areas; uphold the hotel’s commitment to hospitality.
