You will warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assisting them with check-in and addressing any special requests. You will handle check-out preparations for morning guests, ensuring a smooth transition for the next shift. Additionally, you will manage nightly audit reports using the hotel's computer system and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Should guests have concerns or questions, you will respond promptly and professionally to provide solutions. Your role will be critical in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests during the night.YOUR SCHEDULE AS AN OVERNIGHT GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVEThis is a full-time customer service, graveyard shift position, with typical hours from 10 PM to 6 AM, 4 – 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays.REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OVERNIGHT GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVEFlexibility to commit to a minimum of 2 – 3 shifts per week, including weekends, holidays, and overnight availabilityOutgoing and friendly personalityWillingness to learn and grow within the companyStrong communication and customer service skillsOUR MISSIONWe are an extended-stay hotel where guests can expect the best!
