YOUR ROLE

As the Maintenance Lead, you will start your day by looking at what needs to be fixed around the hotel. You will take care of repairs and regular maintenance to keep the building in great shape. You will make sure the hotel pool is safe and meets health rules. You will work to keep the hotel safe, keep the grounds and landscaping looking nice, and help plan how the maintenance budget is spent.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Knowledge and experience of physical plant maintenance and physical plant protection
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, vendors, supervisors, and associates
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

YOUR HOURS

This is a full-time hospitality position at Townplace Inn in West Valley City, UT. Your schedule will be designed to meet the needs of the hotel, ensuring that the property is cared for throughout the week.
