YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES
As the dual Director of Sales for the TownePlace Suites and Hampton Inn West Valley, you start your day reviewing your combined sales pipeline across both properties, identifying new opportunities, and setting clear, strategic goals. With your strong background in hospitality sales and proven leadership experience, you know how to anticipate client needs, analyze trends, and guide your team toward success. You lead a focused morning strategy session, aligning your team with a unified vision for both hotels. Throughout the day, you're building key relationships, monitoring performance, and fine-tuning tactics to keep momentum high. A true self-starter, you're always thinking ahead-celebrating wins, removing obstacles, and driving results with clarity and confidence across both properties.
This full-time dual position in West Valley City works, 8 am - 4 pm.
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES
- Hospitality Sales Experience
- Leadership role - management experience (preferred)
