What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant position at TownePlace Suites Southern Pines/Aberdeen?
Room attendants see our guests more than most other departments. It is important that they display a good attitude, smile, and a willingness to help guests at all times.
Duties Include:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
- Making beds
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude towards supervisors and co-workers
- Willingness to correct mistakes with a positive attitude
- Notifying managers of damages and deficits for repair
- Deal with guest requests and complaints cheerfully and quickly
- Maintain stock on housekeeping cart and maintain equipment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Perform cleaning procedures in the way prescribed by management
- Work schedule assigned without excessive absences
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
