Duties
- Set up breakfast areas with fresh food, beverages, and presentation items to create an inviting dining experience
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, adhering to food safety standards
- Serve guests with friendly, attentive customer service, assisting with dietary requests and answering questions about menu options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Monitor food levels throughout service hours, restocking supplies promptly to ensure a continuous flow of offerings
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate catering or banquet breakfast services when needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocols
- Experience with catering or large-scale food handling is advantageous
