This will be Saturday and Sunday position only.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and restocking supplies efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety management protocols and proper food handling techniques at all times
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and providing knowledgeable wine and food pairing recommendations when appropriate
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle food preparation tasks confidently
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper cleaning techniques within a restaurant or catering setting
- Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a hospitality or banquet environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as weight lifting and standing for extended periods during busy shifts
