Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information using hotel management software
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with night audit procedures when required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Uphold professional phone etiquette and maintain a friendly, welcoming demeanor at all times
- Support guest relations efforts by offering personalized service and addressing special requests
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
