Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers, and replenishing supplies
- Care for floors through specialized techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure they remain pristine
- Manage sanitation procedures to uphold health standards across all areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests and inquiries
- Follow established cleaning protocols for residential or commercial settings to ensure consistency and quality
- Must be available weekends and holidays.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies used in housekeeping management
