- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations.
- Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and special requests using hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and event schedules to enhance guest experiences.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.

- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
