Duties

• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Manage reservations through phone systems and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with precision.

Skills

• Proficiency in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong phone etiquette and experience using phone systems effectively.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to perform night audit duties accurately.
