Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team, working from 3PM to 11PM, Sunday through Thursday. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing warm hospitality, efficient check-in and check-out services, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing information
- Assist with guest services such as concierge duties, providing local information and hotel amenities details
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards in all interactions with guests and team members
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to front desk operations and guest relations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently during evening hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience with night audit procedures or resort hospitality is a plus
