Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure
- Process payments and issue room keys
- Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Maintain accurate reservation records
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software, Strong communication and problem-solving skills & Able to stand for long periods and work weekends
