Towneplace Suites by Marriott Lady Lake/The Villages is seeking an experienced Houseperson for the evening shift. Compensation is based on experience. Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Company benefits include 401k, employee discounts, and much more.
Essential Job Functions
- Keep room attendant carts stocked, replenish storerooms, rotate linens, and maintain shelf organization.
- Clean public areas, furniture, elevators, and floors; spot-clean walls, carpets, and fixtures; empty vacuums and report maintenance issues.
- Remove trash and dirty linens from carts and ensure public areas meet hotel standards.
- Follow emergency procedures, maintain key security, and take corrective safety actions when needed.
- Deliver guest-requested items and turn in lost and found articles per hotel procedures.
- Keep supervisors informed, minimize guest disruptions, and operate cleaning and maintenance equipment indoors and outdoors.

Experience/Education
High School Diploma Preferred. Must be able to speak, understand, and read English.
