Requirements:
·Mimimum 3 years experience
·Basic electric, plumbing, painting, and power tool knowledge
General day will include:
· The general upkeep of the property
· Responding to guests’ maintenance issues
· Perform general handyman work
· Perform basic appliance repairs
· Order parts and new appliances
· Assist Chief Engineer and team
· Update maintenance tickets in GXP
· Performs minor repair of all buildings and light equipment such as replacing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, handling minor plumbing repairs to sinks, faucets, urinals, toilets, drains, etc.; repairing doors, door locks, hinges, and door closers; occasional repair/installation of window blinds and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Major repairs are performed by licensed contractors.
· Occasional painting tasks include some painting, plaster, drywall, and stucco repair.
· Keeping Management informed on the overall condition of the property and coordinating resolution of outstanding issues.
· Completing service requests in a timely manner
· Other duties as assigned
