Job Summary
As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will be the heartbeat of our establishment during the overnight hours, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. Your role is pivotal in balancing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will engage with guests, resolve inquiries, and ensure that every detail is attended to with care and professionalism.
What you’ll do
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide outstanding customer service at the front desk, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with enthusiasm.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest services.
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain guest relations by fostering a friendly environment that encourages repeat visits.
- Collaborate with hotel management to implement best practices in hospitality management.
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are secure and well-maintained during night shifts.
Basic qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
