- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or Guest Services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
