Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play a critical role in that mission by ensuring our suites and public spaces consistently meet Marriott’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
This is a hands-on, team-oriented role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is detail-driven, and enjoys creating a positive guest experience behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest suites, including bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, in accordance with Marriott brand standards
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Make beds, refresh linens, and ensure each room is fully guest-ready
- Restock towels, toiletries, and in-room supplies to maintain a well-prepared environment
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including hallways, lobby spaces, and laundry facilities
- Operate laundry equipment as needed to wash, dry, and fold linens
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy environment for guests and team members
- Report maintenance concerns or room issues promptly to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a service-focused attitude
- Support overall housekeeping and hotel operations as part of a collaborative team
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred (hotel experience)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to assist guests and coworkers
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periods
