Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential properties, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor cleaning techniques.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety protocols for manual handling.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work; ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper handling procedures.
• Prior experience in housekeeper management or supervising housekeeping staff is a plus.
