Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Replenish food and beverage items throughout the service period, maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Assist with food handling, safety procedures, and adhering to dietary guidelines to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Engage with guests courteously, providing friendly service and answering questions about breakfast options
- Manage food presentation using proper knife skills and cooking techniques to enhance visual appeal
- Support catering or banquet setups when needed, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation throughout your shift
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/host, server, or catering assistant is preferred
- Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or meal assembly is highly advantageous
- Experience with buffet setup, banquet service, or catering operations is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential
