What You’ll Learn

Throughout the internship, you’ll rotate through key areas of Mortgage Operations, gaining a full understanding of the mortgage lifecycle, including:

• Loan Set-Up & Processing: How applications are reviewed, organized, and prepared for underwriting
• Underwriting: What goes into risk assessment, documentation review, and loan decisioning
• Closing & Post-Closing: How loans move from approval to funding, and what happens after a borrower signs
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside seasoned professionals and see how each department supports the homebuying journey
