Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Indian Lookout - West Carrollton, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every 3rd week
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential
Bring Your Skills
If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
- Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
- Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
- Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, and groundskeeping tasks
- Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
- Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
- Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on-call
