Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: East Cincinnati Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Hamilton County) Cincinnati, OH
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation
Competitive Pay: $22 to $26 hourly (based on experience and qualifications)

- 1 year of direct experience in general maintenance
- Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor construction
- Basic Carpentry, Electrical and Plumbing
- Experienced in gutter and downspout repair, door and gate hardware, and wood trim replacement
- Able to work safely and confidently on ladders for roof, siding, and gutter projects
- Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

- Perform maintenance tasks and respond to service requests for Condominium & Homeowner Associations
- Work on ladders, roofs, gutters/downspouts, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, wood trim replacement, painting, and clubhouse maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and Boards of Directors
- Manage priorities and balance multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on-call rotation
