Overview
Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in the daily lives of seniors? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in providing exceptional food service to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals, and possess a strong understanding of food safety and dietary needs. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and service, ensuring that all dietary requirements are met with care and attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents
- Ensure dietary guidelines and restrictions are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- Deliver meals to residents in a timely and friendly manner
- Work closely with dietary team and nursing staff to support resident health
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or food service setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic nutrition and food handling practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
