As a Stylist, you will offer quality salon services while building meaningful relationships with residents who live here. This role offers the opportunity to use your creativity and skills to help residents feel confident, cared for, and at their very best each day.

In this role you will:
- Provide haircuts, shampoos, styling, and basic salon services for residents
- Perform hair coloring, perms, or other chemical treatments as requested
- Build positive relationships with residents and create a welcoming salon environment
- Assist residents with scheduling and maintaining regular salon appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of salon tools, equipment, and workstations
- Monitor salon supply inventory and communicate supply needs
- Follow infection control and safety practices at all times
- Adapt services to meet the comfort and mobility needs of older adults
- Coordinate with nursing or care staff when residents need assistance getting to appointments
- Help residents feel comfortable, confident, and cared for through personalized service

Required: Cosmetology license in Indiana
